Upper Grades Field Day
We are excited to use our Field Day Entry forms in Google Sheets once again. You as the AD will have access to input your data. If you need additional access please email us the name of that person. Remember they must have a google account in order to access the sheets.
DEADLINE: Have all your students and events finalized and entered into your form by Tuesday, April 30th Midnight. You will NOT have access to the form after April 30th .
Below you will find the links to your school's sheet for students entries. If you have any questions please contact either Nathan Frerking or Sandy Hampton.
Instructions
Go to the Student Tab on the Sheet
Copy and paste the names, school codes, Grade, Gender, homeroom. All Students 5th grade - 8th grade will go on this tab. ( See sample below) Last year’s names are still in there so that you add names below or reorder to begin.
PLEASE INCLUDE ALL STUDENTS REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY PLAN TO ATTEND FIELD DAY OR NOT.
Beginning in Column I scroll to the right and check mark each event the student is in. To remove a student from the event - uncheck it.
If a student withdraws from Field Day but is still enrolled at the school, please mark the withdrawn box
The Verified box is for you to verify all data about this student is correct (if Correct, please check the box)
Next move to the "Runners" Tab in the sheet. Runners' names will already be listed. Use the drop down to rank the runners.
RANK RUNNERS FROM FASTEST( 1) TO SLOWEST(12).
Now you are done.
Please plan to pick up your Student stickers Friday morning the day of Field day.
They will be in the computer center in the gym.
